Your Staple Smoothie
Blood sugar balancing smoothies are a major hormone hack! When you don’t have time for a full balanced plate to start the day, make this smoothie your staple. 20 grams of protein, 5 grams of fibre and plenty of healthy fats to support hormones and keep you full longer, plus blueberries and spinach for an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant boost!

Ingredients:
- 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (or 1/4 cup regular blueberries + 1/2 cup ice)
- 1½ cups nut milk
Process:
- Add all ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency achieved.
- Add mylk and/or ice as desired.
