Hi, I'm Alyssa

I used to be the woman with every symptom and no answers.

Blood sugar crashes. PCOS. Leaky gut. Exhaustion that sleep couldn’t fix. Doctor after doctor told me my labs were normal, offered me the pill, and sent me on my way. I was building a career, building a family — and quietly falling apart.

So I became my own health advocate.

Drawing on my B.S. in Entrepreneurial Studies from USC, I completed my certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, trained as a Functional Nutrition Counselor, became a certified vinyasa yoga instructor, and studied Transcendental Meditation. I spent years uncovering the root causes of the chronic issues conventional medicine was brushing off — and built a framework. Applied it to myself. And everything changed.

My gut healed. My hormones balanced. My energy and mood stabilised. And I knew — if it worked for me, it could work for other women too.

That framework became my 3 Prong Strategy: the foundation of everything I do.

I’m also a certified Enneagram practitioner — because lasting health isn’t just physical. Understanding how you’re wired, what drives your stress patterns, your relationship with food, rest, and achievement — that’s the layer most health coaches skip entirely. I don’t.

Today I work with women across the globe — high-achieving professionals, HR leaders investing in team wellbeing, and mothers who are done putting themselves last. I’ve been featured in Zoii Wellness, spoken on The Body Pod podcast, and taken my corporate wellness program, The Rhythm, directly into Australian workplaces — because I believe the conversation about women’s health belongs everywhere women show up, including the boardroom.

My approach is root-cause focused, deeply personalised, and built on one belief: when a woman feels well in her body, everything else in her life rises with her.
