Green Goodness Cleansing Smoothie

Ingredients (organic when possible):

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 of a cucumber
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 1-2 cups filtered water or unsweetened almond milk

Process:

  1. Add all ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency achieved.
  2. Add mylk and/or ice as desired.
