Ingredients (organic when possible):
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 of a cucumber
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 1-2 cups filtered water or unsweetened almond milk
Process:
- Add all ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency achieved.
- Add mylk and/or ice as desired.
