Hormone Balancing Smoothie
Seed Cycling is a natural way to balance your hormones and reduce PMS symptoms. By consuming 2 specific types of seeds during the appropriate phase of your 28-35 day cycle, you feed your hormone receptors the exact nutrients they need to adapt to the hormonal shift of that phase.
This smoothie boasts only hormone supporting ingredients, is blood sugar balancing, so you avoid a spike and crash, and is a tasty way to consume your Seed Cycling seeds. Want to support your hormones but don’t have seeds on hand? No worries, the protein, fat, fibre and antioxidants in the base ingredients will support your hormones all month long!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups pure organic almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla plant protein (I used @cymbiotika)
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh organic blueberries
- 1/3 frozen banana
- 1 date
- 1 tbsp ground ORGANIC sesame seed (for seed cycling)
- 1 tbsp ground ORGANIC sunflower seed (for seed cycling)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings: bee pollen
Process:
- Add all ingredients and blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency achieved.
- Add mylk and/or ice as desired.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy!
