Immunity Morning Elixir
Prep this for the week and sip it every morning! The anti-inflammatory ginger and alkalising lemon, with the gut soothing benefits of warm water will keep your immune system in tip-top shape and your gut function regular.

Ingredients:
- 1 hand-sized piece of fresh ginger
- 4-7 lemons
- Hot filtered water
Process:
- Roughly peel and chop a palm sized piece of raw ginger
- Use a citrus squeezer to juice the lemons. Peel one lemon.
- Place the ginger, lemon juice and whole lemon in a blender.
- Add 3-4 cups of filtered water
- Blend on high for 2 minutes
- Store the elixir in an airtight jar and use 3 tablespoons in a cup of hot water each morning, first thing.
